1. If your item meets our return policy, then we will follow the process to issue a refund. For detailed return policy, please refer to Return Policy.
2. We'll give you a full refund if we're responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problems or items missing.
3. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account.
4. In addition to refunds, exchanges are also options available to customers. Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free.
