I’ve been a Lifeproof brand iphone case user for years. I’m very active in severe conditions and phone goes through a lot. Always prided myself on how clean my phone was after years of physical abuse because of the case. That cost $80 and was $5 to replace each time it broke. They finally made a good case for my 2020 SE but the rubberized coating peeled all around. Cosmetic. I didn’t care. With my 14 pro max I read horrible things about the fit and performance of the now otterbox branded frè case. So I shopped around and found casebus for less than half the price and suspiciously well reviewed. (I read the worst of reviews of the brand after it arrived). I water tested and sound tested the case. It’s seems fine. Feels a little cheap without the phone in it, but I’m a satisfied camper. What photos but of my happy face would prove that?

Absolutely LOVE IT . Customer service was excellent and tracking was great. I haven’t dropped it yet but the cushion around the cameras gives me great hope that it will survive. So far I’m very happy with the new case for my iPhone 13. I had a case for my iPhone 11 which had served me well for several years. I would recommend more detailed instructions and explanation of the design to be included with the case. It took me a while to figure out the transparent seal for the port for the silent mode button. I didn’t see it at first because it is transparent! I also almost threw out the spare transparent seals in the package (thank you for extras) because my old case didn’t have them and I wasn’t looking for them. Please get a native English speaker to write the instructions. They referred to port covers being “screwed in” when there are no screws! A bit confusing.

This is a good case. Easy to insert and secure my phone. Feels good to hold too. No water tests to date & I hope I don’t but as I can be active at water venues, it’s why I wanted waterproof. All ports but on/ off button are sealed. Pictures still clear. Touch screen works as it should. Buttons work as should.

My case arrived in a few days after you confirmed I input the correct phone which I did not. I thought I had, so when you sent your email I followed your directions for fun and found out I had ordered for the older phone. I frantically sent and email describing my dilemma and you fixed my order. I received the correct case. I thought I had removed all the proper stickers, but had not. I also had a little bit of difficulty getting the waterproof off from the power port. I finally figured out everything (but it would have been easier to read the directions) and I love my case. I needed a new screen protector which came with may case. The waterproof buttons are so much easier to work than without a case or with the previous case. I will definitely recommend Casebus and support American made products. I feel my phone is more secure now than previously, the case is non-slip so I don't drop it as often. Sorry I don't have a second phone to post a photo.
